I am starting this blog to discuss how I lost more than 50 lbs the first time I ever dieted. I want to inspire others to do the same thing. It is easy because most people carry too much extra weight simply because they are not thinking about what they are eating.

  1. Coffee is good for you. I drink lots and lots of it everyday. It helps you get started in the morning and energetic in the evening. Just stop drinking it at about 7:00-7:30 P.M. If you drink it later than this it may prevent you from getting to sleep easily. It takes about 4 hour for half the caffeine in a cup of coffee to be cleared from your system. The more energetic you are the more calories you will burn on a daily basis. If you drink it with milk, cream or sugar measure these items and calculate the calories. Always measure these kinds of things with measuring spoons so that each time the calorie content of your coffee is exactly the same. Be regular like a clock. Don't just pour in cream, milk or sugar. Remember calories in the tummy, fat on the body.
